BELAPUR INDUSTRIES LIMITED is a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office and operations located at Haregaon, Taluka Shrirampur, District Ahilyanagar (formerly Ahmednagar). The Company was originally established in 1919 under the name THE BELAPUR COMPANY, with its primary business focused on sugar manufacturing. In 1970, reflecting its expanded scope of operations, the Company was renamed BELAPUR SUGAR & ALLIED INDUSTRIES LIMITED. Following the closure of its sugar manufacturing activities, the Company underwent a further transition and, in 1997, adopted its present name, BELAPUR INDUSTRIES LIMITED.
